RETURNS POLICY:

Pure Bambinos will accept returns as long as they are :

  • Within 14 days of receipt

  • In original packaging 

  • Tags still attached

  • Unwashed and unworn

To start a return, contact us at customercare@purebambinos.com and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process all returns.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We want you to love our products as much as we do, and being a brand new shop, we realize you aren't sure how sizing will fit your babe. To help with this your FIRST SIZE EXCHANGE is on us, completely free. 

We do have a few conditions with NO EXCEPTIONS:

Exchanges are subject to availability upon receipt of the returned item. Please email us at customercare@purebambinos.com and we will get everything sorted out for you.

 

HOLIDAY RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY - HALLOWEEN

No returns/exchanges past October 15th for Halloween collections. All sales final after this date.

 

DAMAGES OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

You must notify us of damaged or defective items within 14 days of receipt to qualify for replacement. Please email customercare@purebambinos.com with your order number and photos of the defect and we are happy to help!

All sales are FINAL.

 

WHEN WILL MY RETURN/EXCHANGE BE PROCESSED?

Returns/exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Returns/exchanges must be received by Pure Bambinos within 2 weeks of receiving a return label.

Exchanges are subject to availability upon receipt of the returned item. 

 

TAXES & DUTIES

Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties that may apply on the order. We are not responsible for any such taxes or duties or delays caused by customs.
