RETURNS POLICY:

Due to the heavy discounts and limited stock all orders placed during our holiday promotions, sales are FINAL SALEβ€”no returns, exchanges, or cancellations can beΒ accepted.

Pure Bambinos will accept returns on full priced items as long as they are :

  • WithinΒ 30 days of receipt

  • In original packagingΒ 

  • Tags still attached

  • Unwashed and unworn

To start a return, contact us at customercare@purebambinos.com and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.Β 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.

Please allowΒ 5-7 business days to process all returns.

Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back unless the return is due to manufacturing defect or any error on our side.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

DAMAGES OR DEFECTIVEΒ ITEMS

You must notify us of damagedΒ or defective items withinΒ 14 days of receipt to qualify for replacement. Please email customercare@purebambinos.com with your order number and photos of the defect and we are happy to help!
