Do you have a discount code for first time buyers?

Yes! First time customers can subscribe to our email list and receive a first time single use code. Our VIP community always get 15% discount for being part of our Facebook group. Join here!

Can I use a discount code more than once?

• The code generated when you subscribe to our mailing list is a one time use only. 
• The code in our VIP group can be used unlimited times for any drop at any time.
• Multiple discount codes cannot be used in a single order.
• Promotions valid for specified day only. No price adjustments allowed.

Can I use a discount code on sale items?

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes do not apply to already discounted items.

What qualifies for the Buy 1 Get 1 Free/Buy 2 Get 1 Free promo?

Buy 1 Get 1 Free codes work site wide allowing you to mix and match items and will automatically apply to the lowest price item in the cart. 

Can I return something I bought using a discount code? 

Unless the sale states final sale:

• Items bought using a discount code in the order will be refunded at the promotional value. 
• If items purchased under a "freebie" sale (spend $X get Y free) are later returned, the price of freebie item will be deducted from refund amount.
